Membership Terms and Conditions

These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the member ("Member") and the Indo China Chamber of Commerce ("ICCC"). By becoming a Member of ICCC, you agree to abide by these Terms and any other policies or guidelines issued by ICCC. Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility:
Membership in ICCC is open to individuals, businesses, and organizations interested in fostering economic collaboration between India and China. Membership eligibility criteria may vary depending on the membership category chosen.

2. Membership Categories and Fees:
Members may choose from various membership categories offered by ICCC, each with its associated benefits and fees. Members are responsible for paying the applicable membership fees promptly.

3. Membership Benefits:
Members are entitled to the benefits associated with their chosen membership category, as outlined by ICCC. Benefits may include access to market research, networking events, trade missions, business advisory services, and more.

4. Membership Term:
The membership term begins upon acceptance of the membership application and continues for the duration specified in the membership category. Members are responsible for renewing their membership promptly to maintain access to benefits.

5. Membership Renewal:
Members are encouraged to renew their membership before the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted access to ICCC services and benefits. Renewal instructions will be provided by ICCC.

6. Termination of Membership
ICCC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Member's membership at its discretion for violation of these Terms or any other policies or guidelines issued by ICCC. Members may also voluntarily terminate their membership by providing written notice to ICCC.

7. Privacy and Data:
Members agree to the collection and use of their personal information by ICCC in accordance with applicable privacy laws. ICCC will not disclose Member information to third parties without consent unless required by law.

8. Code of Conduct:
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during ICCC events and activities. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in membership termination.

9. Intellectual Property:
Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use ICCC's intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, and content, without prior written consent.

10. Liability:
ICCC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by Members during ICCC events or activities. Members are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.

11. Amendment of Terms:
ICCC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the ICCC website, and Members will be notified of any changes.

12. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ICCC is registered.

By becoming a Member of ICCC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any other policies or guidelines issued by ICCC. Membership in ICCC is a commitment to fostering economic collaboration and adhering to these principles and conditions.
